Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • If you are a business customer with a Supply Agreement, returns are governed by the contract terms. For standard customers, returns are accepted within 14 days only for defective or damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Damaged or Lost Items
  • Pigmented / tinted or custom-made paints

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for claims involving damage or missing items. Email: sales@alpaintura.ae 

Refunds 

Custom orders, including pigmented or made-to-order paints, are non-refundable.

In case of pre-orders, refunds will only be processed after the product is successfully resold to another customer, subject to restocking fees. 

Return Shipping

  • Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
