Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- If you are a business customer with a Supply Agreement, returns are governed by the contract terms. For standard customers, returns are accepted within 14 days only for defective or damaged products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Damaged or Lost Items
- Pigmented / tinted or custom-made paints
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for claims involving damage or missing items. Email: sales@alpaintura.ae
Refunds
Custom orders, including pigmented or made-to-order paints, are non-refundable.
In case of pre-orders, refunds will only be processed after the product is successfully resold to another customer, subject to restocking fees.
Return Shipping
- Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
