1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • 100% prepayment within 5 banking days of order acceptance.
  • Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are securely processed via approved payment gateways compliant with UAE Central Bank standards.
  • All prices exclude 5% VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

2. Product Information

  • We aim for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
  • Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Certain items may be discontinued or modified at the discretion of Al Paintura.
  • You hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree that all Products must be stored and applied at a temperature not exceeding 29°C. Al Paintura shall not be held liable in case of breach of this clause by you (or any third party you appoint).
  • Al Paintura shall not be liable for improper use, storage or application of the paints by you (or any third party you appoint).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Al PAINTURA and protected under UAE copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, except as required under UAE consumer law. 

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. 

Delivery & Shipping Policy 

We provide shipping services within the UAE, GCC, and selected international destinations. 

UAE Delivery

  • Timeline: Estimated 2–3 business days.
  • Cost: Free delivery for eligible orders; otherwise calculated at checkout. 

GCC & International Delivery

  • Pre-orders or bulk shipments may require from 14 and up to 80 days for fulfillment.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics.
  • Fees are calculated based on location and weight.

Currency

  • UAE orders are billed in AED.
  • International transactions may be converted to your local currency depending on your card provider.

Additional information

  • AL PAINTURA GLOBAL PAINTS SERVICES L.L.C maintains the https://alpaintura.ae/ Website ("Site").
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
