PROFITEC P413 Tribrid Silicon is a high-performance exterior wall and facade paint designed for long-term protection and outstanding colour stability. Based on advanced nano-binder technology, it combines the benefits of acrylic dispersion and silicone resin to deliver durable, structure-preserving matt finishes on demanding facades.

The facade coating is suitable for both new builds and renovation work on stable existing coatings such as emulsion, silicate and silicone resin paints. It is also suitable for use in PROFITEC ETIC systems and can be used in the Fassaden Solid Plus system for intense shades (HBW < 20) to help reduce excessive heating of the facade surface in sunlight.

Application Method & Coverage

  • Apply by brush, roller or (low-mist) airless spray
  • Airless spraying guide: spray angle 50°, nozzle 0.018"–0.026", pressure 120–180 bar
  • Intermediate coat: dilute with max. 10% water (depending on application and substrate)
  • Final coat: apply undiluted or dilute with max. 5% water
  • Recommended application temperature: at least +5 °C (substrate and ambient)
  • Consumption: approx. 170 ml/m² per coat on smooth, slightly absorbent substrates
  • Overcoatable after approx. 4–6 hours at +20 °C and 65% RH

Important: Film protection reduces the risk of algae and fungal infestation but cannot guarantee permanent prevention. If algae or fungal infestation is present, clean affected areas according to local regulations and follow correct substrate preparation and drying times for best long-term results.
