PROFITEC P236 Universal-Hausfarbe FA is a film-protected, high-quality and highly opaque exterior facade paint developed for universal application on a wide range of mineral and non-mineral substrates.

The silk matt acrylic facade paint combines excellent adhesion, tested CO₂-tightness and durable weather resistance, making it suitable for decorative facade finishes as well as functional concrete protection.

Application Method & Coverage

  • Apply by brush, roller or airless spray (low-mist application possible)
  • Intermediate coat: dilute with max. 10% water
  • Top coat: apply undiluted or dilute with max. 5% water
  • Recommended application temperature: min. +5 °C
  • Consumption: approx. 125 ml/m² per coat on smooth substrates
  • Overcoatable after approx. 4–6 hours (at +20 °C and 65% RH)

Important: Film protection reduces the risk of algae and fungal growth but cannot guarantee permanent prevention. Always observe proper substrate preparation and sufficient drying times between coats.
