PROFITEC P101 Volltonfarbe Schwarz is a solvent-free, black pigmented silk-matt interior emulsion paint developed for use as a shadow colour in open and suspended ceiling and wall structures. It is designed for applications where high light absorption and reduced reflections are required in sales, exhibition and presentation environments.

The interior coating allows direct application on selected substrates such as concrete and cleaned zinc components, including trapezoidal sheet metal and ventilation ducts, without the need for a primer. It provides a uniform silk-matt surface appearance that varies subtly depending on viewing angle and lighting conditions.

Application Method & Coverage

• Apply by brush, roller or spray application
• Roller application recommended with approx. 12 mm pile height
• Airless spraying possible, spray angle 50°, nozzle 0.018"–0.021", pressure 120–180 bar
• Apply wet on wet to avoid visible joints
• One coat often sufficient on substrates without strong colour contrast
• Dilution with max. 10 percent water
• Consumption approx. 145 ml/m² per coat on smooth, slightly absorbent substrates
• Recommended application temperature at least +5 °C
• Overcoatable after approx. 4 hours at +20 °C and 65 percent relative humidity
