We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may cancel their orders without penalty only before the commencement of order processing. Order processing begins when a Sales Manager is assigned to your order and initiates work on it. Once this process has started, cancellations are not permitted.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order before processing begins:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, contact information, and a brief request for cancellation.
- Timing is Crucial: Ensure your cancellation request is submitted before a Sales Manager is assigned and starts processing your order.
3. Post-Processing Orders
Once order processing has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. This policy is in place to maintain operational efficiency and uphold our commitment to timely delivery.
4. Legal Compliance
This cancellation policy is in accordance with the UAE's Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. We ensure that all terms and conditions are clear, fair, and do not impose any unfair obligations on consumers.

Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- If you are a business customer with a Supply Agreement, returns are governed by the contract terms. For standard customers, returns are accepted within 14 days only for defective or damaged products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Damaged or Lost Items
- Pigmented / tinted or custom-made paints
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for claims involving damage or missing items. Email: sales@alpaintura.ae
Refunds
Custom orders, including pigmented or made-to-order paints, are non-refundable.
In case of pre-orders, refunds will only be processed after the product is successfully resold to another customer, subject to restocking fees.
Return Shipping
- Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy
1. Scope
This Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Al Paintura Global Paints Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website www.alpaintura.ae.
2. Delivery within the United Arab Emirates
Dubai: Orders within Dubai are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to order confirmation and product availability.
Other Emirates: Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah will be delivered from the same day up to the next business day.
3. Delivery to GCC Countries
For deliveries to GCC countries (including, but not limited to, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait), the exact delivery terms and timelines will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation, taking into account the shipping method, customs clearance, and destination.
4. Order Processing and Business Days
Orders are processed following confirmation and payment (where applicable).

5. Exceptions and Delays
While we endeavor to meet the delivery timelines stated above, unforeseen circumstances, including high demand periods, logistical issues, or regulatory delays, may result in longer delivery times. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
